The following categories of Personal Data about you may be processed by us:

  • Personal information: first and last names; preferred name; and photograph (if provided).

  • Date of birth, salutation, title, and language preferences are all examples of demographic information.

  • Address, phone number, and email address, as well as information from any public business networking profiles or online bios.

  • Payment information includes invoice information, payment information, billing address, payment method, bank account number, card or account security information, SWIFT information, IBAN information, payment amount, and payment date.

  • Device type; operating system; browser type; browser settings; IP address; language settings; dates and times of connecting to a Site; username; password; security login details; usage data; aggregate statistical information; internet service provider (ISP) details; referring and exit pages; and clickstream data are all examples of data relating to our Sites.

  • Employer details: where you communicate with us as an employee, your employer’s name, address, phone number, and email address, to the extent applicable.

  • Any thoughts and opinions that you choose to share to us or publicly post about us on social media platforms are considered views and opinions.

Legal Basis:

We may Process your Personal Data if you have given us your prior, express consent; the Processing is required by applicable law; the Processing is essential to protect the vital interests of any individual; or we have a valid legitimate interest in the Processing.
Depending on the circumstances, we may rely on one or more of the following legal basis when processing your Personal Data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:

  • Consent: We may Process your Personal Data if we have acquired your prior, express consent (this legal basis is only utilised in regard to Processing that is wholly voluntary – it is not used in any way for Processing that is essential or mandatory).

  • Contractual necessity: We may process your Personal Data if it is necessary for the performance of any contract you may have with us (for example, if you are a client).

  • Compliance with applicable law: Where applicable law requires us to process your Personal Data, we may do so.

  • We conducted the following balancing test in each case:
    (i) we ensured that the Processing is lawful, proportionate, and carried out in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy;
    (ii) we ensured that we have a legitimate business need to perform the Processing; and (iii) we ensured that there is no material likelihood of the Processing having an adverse impact on your interests, fundamental rights, or freedoms.

Sensitive Personal Data:

We do not intend to collect or process your Sensitive Personal Data in any way. When we need to process your Sensitive Personal Data for a valid reason, we do so in compliance with the law.
In the ordinary course of our business, we do not aim to acquire or otherwise Process Sensitive Personal Data. We rely on one of the following legal bases when it becomes necessary to Process your Sensitive Personal Data for whatever reason:
Compliance: We may process your Sensitive Personal Data as necessary or permitted by relevant law (for example, to meet our diversity reporting obligations).
Detection: We may process your Sensitive Personal Data if it is required for the detection or prevention of crime (including the prevention of fraud).

If you provide Sensitive Personal Data to us, you must ensure that it is permissible for you to do so, including ensuring that one of the legal basis set forth above is accessible to us for the Processing of the Sensitive Personal Data.

Purposes: 
We may Process your Personal Data for the preceding purposes: providing services to you; conducting compliance checks; operating our Sites; communicating with you; managing our IT systems; financial management; conducting surveys; ensuring the security of our premises and systems; conducting investigations as needed; compliance with applicable law; and improving our Sites and services.
Subject to applicable legislation, we may Process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

Security: Security includes both physical security of our premises (including visitor records and CCTV recordings) and electronic security (including login records and access details).
Investigations: discovering, investigating, and preventing policy violations, fraud, and law infractions in line with applicable law.
Legal proceedings: trying to establish, exercise, and defend legal rights.
Legal compliance: complying with our legal and regulatory obligations under relevant laws.
Improving our Sites and Services: detecting problems with our Sites or services, planning changes to our Sites or services, and developing new Sites or services.
Recruitment and job applications: recruitment operations; ads of positions; interview exercises; assessment of suitability for the relevant position; records of hiring decisions; offer details; and acceptance details.

Disclosures:

We may disclose your Personal Data to the following parties: legal and regulatory authorities; our external advisors; our Processors; any party required in connection with legal proceedings; any party required for investigating, detecting, or preventing criminal offences; any purchaser of our business; and any third-party providers of advertising, plugins, or content used on our Sites.

In compliance with applicable law, we may disclose your Personal Data to other organisations within us for legitimate business purposes (including operating our Sites and delivering services to you). Furthermore, we may release your Personal Data to:

  • any relevant party for the purposes of criminal offence prevention, investigation, detection, or prosecution, or the imposition of criminal penalties;

  • if we believe disclosure is appropriate and necessary to prevent physical, financial, or some other harm, injury, or loss;

  • in the event that we sell or transfer all or a portion of our company or assets (including in the event of a reorganisation, dissolution, or liquidation); and

  • Where our Sites use third-party advertising, plugins, or content, we may share information with any appropriate third-party provider. If you interact with any of these advertisements, plugins, or content, your Personal Data may be shared with the relevant third-party source. Before interacting with that third party’s ads, plugins, or content, we urge that you read its privacy policies.

If we engage a third-party Processor to Process your Personal Data, the Processor will be bound by contractual obligations to:
 (i)only process the Personal Data in accordance with our prior written instructions; and (ii) use measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data, as well as any additional requirements under applicable law.

Security:

To protect your Personal Data, we use appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Please make certain that any Personal Data you transmit to us is sent securely.
In accordance with applicable law, we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, unauthorised access, and other unlawful or unauthorised forms of Processing.
Because the internet is an open system, information transmission through it is not totally safe. We take every reasonable precaution to guarantee that your Personal Data are only kept for as long as they are required for a valid purpose.
